Acceptance
This Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and 1552996 B.C. LTD., doing business as Wired Builder ("Wired Builder", "we", "us" or "our"), the owner and operator of the websites at wiredbuilder.com and living-wired.com (together, the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and by the terms and policies of the third party providers we use to operate the Site, including Cloudflare, Google Analytics, and PostHog. If you do not agree with this Agreement, please do not use the Site. Wired Builder reserves the right to revise this Agreement at any time, and your continued use of the Site after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
Ownership of Content
All materials displayed or otherwise accessible through the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, videos, photos, trademarks, logos and other materials (collectively, "Content"), are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Except as expressly permitted in this Agreement, any use of the Content requires the express written permission of Wired Builder.
Limited Licence
Subject to this Agreement, Wired Builder grants you a limited, non-transferable and non-exclusive licence to access, view and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. This licence includes the right to download and print a single copy of materials from the Site for your personal use, provided that you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices. This licence does not include any right to resell or make commercial use of the Site or the Content, or to use any data mining, robots or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

The Site may contain links to third party websites that are provided for your convenience only and do not signify that we endorse those websites or their content. Wired Builder is not responsible for the content of any linked third party website and makes no representation or warranty of any kind regarding any third party site. You should review the privacy policies and terms of any other website before providing any information to it.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wired Builder, or its partners, employees, consultants, agents, or licensors, will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Site or the Content, regardless of the cause and whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and the Content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty or condition of any kind, either express or implied. Wired Builder makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or security of the Site or the Content, and does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error free.
Release and Indemnity
You release Wired Builder from all liabilities, claims and damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site or the Content. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wired Builder and its partners, employees, consultants, agents and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site or the Content or your breach of this Agreement.
Security
Information sent or received over the Internet is generally not secure. Wired Builder cannot guarantee the security of any communication to or from the Site and is not responsible for any harm that you or any other person may suffer as a result of a breach of confidentiality in respect of your use of the Site or any information you transmit to the Site.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable in that province, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of British Columbia in respect of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the Site.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Wired Builder regarding your access to and use of the Site, and supersedes any prior agreements between you and Wired Builder on that subject, excluding any separate agreement governing specific Content or Services.
General
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. You may not assign your rights or obligations under this Agreement. No failure or delay by Wired Builder in exercising any right under this Agreement operates as a waiver of that right unless expressly waived in writing.
